Recipe for egg rolls with ground beef





1 small chopped onion

1 cup chopped cabbage

2 crashed garlic gloves

1/2 pound ground beef 2 tablespoon oil

spices : 1 teaspoon salt , 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder , 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and red pepper to taste.

oil for deep frying

Direction :

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté  onion, garlic,  Continue to sauté until onions are tender.

Then add the meat let it cooked for few minutes then add the cabbage and spices …

Mix all the ingredients and simmer until all the elements become tender and soft .

Transfer mixture to a bowl and set aside.

Place 1 wrapper on clean  work surface. . roll up according to package directions.

Fold up bottom corner over beef and then fold in side corners and continue rolling until the egg roll is formed.

Brush the top of the wrapper with water,  Repeat process with all The rest of  wrappers..

Fry egg rolls  in  vegetable oil until crispy golden brown.  Place on plate, serve it with yogurt  or drizzle with BBQ sauce.
